- Duration: 2 to 6 months, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
- Kickoff meeting: During this meeting, we share any work already completed, gather information about space planning and design needs, discuss project stages, timelines, budget, and client preferences, and provide a project cost estimate.
- Proposal: We present a project plan, a timeline, a budget, and payment terms. Once the proposal is accepted, the contract is signed.
- Design development: After the contract is signed, a site visit is conducted to take measurements and photographs. The work process is described via video call and includes the conceptualization, preliminary design, and final design stages.
- At the end of each stage, a general meeting is held to review the progress of the project.
