  • Initial Meeting: During this initial meeting, we walk together through the space to be remodeled, share our portfolio of previous renovations, explore the site's structural possibilities, identify elements to retain, modify, or eliminate, and prepare a preliminary assessment of the plumbing and electrical installations. We also establish an investment estimate based on your needs and aesthetic preferences.
  • Proposal We present a comprehensive remodeling project that includes conceptual renderings, preliminary materials selection, a detailed budget by line item, a construction schedule, and payment terms. Once the proposal is approved, we formalize the contract and schedule the start of construction.
  • Project Development After the contract is signed, we begin the detailed survey of the site and the development of executive plans. Our process is structured in three key stages:
  • Planning and demolition: Managing necessary permits (if needed), removing unwanted elements, and preparing the space.
  • Construction and adaptations: Structural modifications, new installations and installation of finishes.
  • Details and delivery: Installation of furniture, lighting and decorative accessories.
  • We provide constant on-site supervision and maintain direct communication throughout the entire process. At the end of each stage, we hold a progress meeting to evaluate the results and make adjustments if necessary.
