•   Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By using the services offered by LIAN Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

  •   Service Description

LIAN Studio offers architectural and interior design services for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. These services include, but are not limited to, design consulting, remodeling, fitouts, decoration, material and furniture selection, spatial planning, and technical advice.

  •   Work process

The workflow for each project will be agreed upon between LIAN Studio and the client. The process generally includes the following steps:

      Initial meeting:

Project Discussion

Gathering information on customer needs.

Presentation of a portfolio of works.

      Proposal:

Presentation of a proposal that includes the project scope, schedule, budget, and payment terms.

      Signing the contract:

Formalization of the agreement between LIAN Studio and the client.

      Design development:

Visit the site.

Research and analysis.

Generation of ideas.

Presentation of sketches and concepts.

Design proposal.

      Final presentation:

Presentation of the final design to the client.

Customer review and comments.

      Design implementation:

Coordination with contractors and suppliers.

Construction supervision.

Project delivery.

  •   Copyright and Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, documents, and any other creative materials generated during the provision of our services are the exclusive property of LIAN Studio, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are not entitled to use, reproduce, or distribute such materials without LIAN Studio's express consent.

  •   Budgets and Payments

Our service prices will be set individually for each project and presented to the client in a detailed quote. Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the service contract. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until all payments have been received.

  •   Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of a project cancellation by the client, charges will apply for work completed up to the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued once the final files have been delivered to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  •   Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their design needs and preferences. Furthermore, the client must obtain all necessary permits and authorizations from the relevant authorities before beginning any project. LIAN Studio is not responsible for delays or problems resulting from a lack of documentation or authorization from the client, or damage caused by natural phenomena or unforeseen events.

  •   Limitation of Liability

LIAN Studio is committed to providing high-quality services and meeting customer expectations to the best of its ability. However, we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or property damage.

  •   Guarantees

LIAN Studio offers a one-year warranty on the designs and materials provided. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and design errors. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, or misuse.

  •   Confidentiality

LIAN Studio is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client during the provision of our services. We will not disclose this information to third parties without the client's express consent, unless legally required to do so.

  •   Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the United Mexican States.

  •   Jurisdiction

Any controversy or dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico.

  •   Dispute resolution

The parties agree that any controversy or dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City.

  •   Taxes

The client will be responsible for paying all taxes, duties, and levies applicable to the services provided by LIAN Studio.

  •   End consumer

The client declares that he/she is an end consumer and that he/she will not use the services provided by LIAN Studio for commercial or profit-making purposes.

By using our services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
