- Design supervision involves ensuring compliance with architectural plans and installations, overseeing the work of all participants in the project's execution.
- Price: The cost varies depending on the size of the area to be treated, but is more flexible for larger areas. A monthly payment will be made.
- Duration: It will be carried out throughout the period of the work.
- During the weekly visits, we address the following aspects:
- 1. We answer questions or doubts from contractors.
- 2. We provide advice and supervision to builders and contractors on plans and sketches.
- 3. We consult with the client on issues related to the project.
- 4. We make changes and clarifications to plans.
- 5. We maintain the construction schedule.
- 6. We coordinate all participants in the process.
- 7. We verify compliance with the plans by contractors and subcontractors.
- 8. We approve on-site installations.
- 9. We approve colors, finishes and fixed furniture selected for the project.
- 10. We hold meetings with contractors, either on-site or in the office, to jointly develop and approve plans.
- 11. We provide weekly progress reports via WhatsApp.
- Upon completion of the project, we conduct a general walkthrough with contractors and clients for handover. Paperwork and permits are processed separately, with costs depending on the type of project and the government agency. For supervisions outside of Mexico City, transportation and travel expenses must be considered.
