NEVERÍA ZOALI

  • Date: 2023

This project involved converting the ground floor of a 70-square-meter residential property into a functional and profitable ice cream shop. The design adapted the existing residential structure to meet the operational requirements of a commercial business while preserving key structural elements, including the existing stairwell core.

The design strategy focused on maximizing every available square meter, strengthening brand identity, and enhancing the customer experience. Through a combination of durable materials, an efficient layout, and a contemporary aesthetic, the space was transformed into a business asset capable of increasing the brand’s perceived value and creating a memorable customer experience. The material palette incorporates stainless steel in the service and display areas, reinforcing a clean, modern image that reflects the quality and freshness of the products offered.

The entire proposal was developed with a growth-oriented vision, establishing design and operational standards that can be easily replicated across future locations and eventually implemented as a franchise model. The result is a commercial space that not only sells ice cream but also strengthens the company’s brand image, optimizes operational efficiency, and provides a solid foundation for future expansion.
